Tom worked as Creative Director and Head Writer at prestigious powerhouse agencies Deutsch, Mullen Advertising and Ogilvy & Mather where his copy talents won just about every creative award in the industry. Interestingly, Tom spent much of his career at three agencies who all won Ad Age Agency Of The Year during his tenure. Tom was the lead writer on iconic brands including: BMW, Jaguar, World Wildlife Fund, American Express, Hershey, Kraft, Nautica, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, L’Oreal among others. Fact: As a writer, Tom won more David Ogilvy Awards for Creative Excellence and Results than any other writer at the time. His Cadbury “Clucking Bunny” commercial still runs today every Easter, twenty-five years after it was first produced.

President Of Bear In The Hall Nicole is a classic hands-on President. She has managed brand campaigns for clients like Opus Bank, Jerdon Style, Vonage, ADT and ADP. Additionally, Nicole has led the strategic vision and execution for digital promotions and experiences for Schick, Carpet 1, Allstate, Johnson & Johnson, Culturelle, Movado, Guess Watches and Nautica Watches.
